Earth Day Breakfast to Benefit Land Stewardship Project

In honor of Earth Day and the sustainable agriculture work of the Land Stewardship Project (LSP), Red Stag Supperclub of Minneapolis will donate some of its breakfast proceeds on April 20. LSP (www.landstewardshipproject.org) is a 30-year-old member-driven organization committed to fostering an ethic of land stewardship and sustained rural and urban communities. With offices in the Minnesota communities of Minneapolis, Lewiston and Montevideo, LSP focuses on promoting social justice,
stewardship farming systems, good food for all and more farmers on the Land. LSP is developing community food demand and infrastructure, training and supporting new farmers, and helping local communities organize and creating innovative policy.
