Commerce to Study CIP with Tribal Governments, Members

The Minnesota Department of Commerce, Division of Energy Resources seeks proposals from qualified organizations or individuals to conduct a study investigating the needs, barriers, opportunities, and overall energy and carbon-saving potential for the conservation improvement program (CIP) with Tribal Governments and Tribal members that share the same geography as Minnesota. The Respondent, in putting together a response to this RFP, and the selected grantee, in executing this study if funded, must comprehend Tribal sovereignty and must take into account traditional knowledge of Tribal Governments and Tribal members. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has a maximum funding of $120,000.

Requests for hard copies must be received by the Department no later than 12 p.m. Central Time (CT) on Jan. 22.

Proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. CT, Jan. 27. Late proposals will not be considered. Instructions for submitting proposals are detailed in the RFP.

This request does not obligate the State to complete the work contemplated in this notice. The State reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All expenses incurred in responding to this notice are solely the responsibility of the responder.
